Vapor Blasting Aluminum


This is a cast of a red ant hill. It is made by pouring hot aluminum in the ant hill. When it cools, you can pull it out of the ground. This gives it a varnish which is easily cleaned using glass bead in our Vapor Blaster. This process hits the aluminum at 60 working psi. It hits the piece and it is cushioned by the water which also propels itself through little creases and folds, cleaning the surface without scratching or taking aluminum off.
