Thank you for choosing Vapor Honing Technologies for your surface finishing needs. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our valued customers. Please review the following policies carefully.
Payment Terms

Due on Receipt: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice or as per any agreed terms.

Invoice Void Policy: If payment or a purchase order is not received within 5 business days of invoice issuance, the invoice will be voided.

Net 30 Payment Schedule:

Net 30 Purchase Order Terms are only available for orders over $10,000.

For all net 30 purchase orders, payments are due as follows:

30% of the total at the time of purchase

30% of the total at the time of shipping

Remaining balance due within 30 days from the shipment date

All net 30 invoices past 30 days will accrue 1.5% interest on the remaining balance per month.

Order Cancellations and Returns

Cancellations: Orders that are canceled after placement will be subject to a 25% cancellation/restocking fee. Cancellations must be made before the product has shipped.

Returns: For returned parts and equipment, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of product arrival. Please contact Vapor Honing Technologies at 828-202-5563 for return authorization.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom Equipment

No Returns or Refunds: Custom-designed and manufactured machines, or any non-stock products, are not eligible for return or refund.

Non-Refundable Deposits: Any deposits made toward custom equipment design are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Engineering Fee: Any fee charged for preliminary drawings, CAD model creation, or any associated engineering costs are non-refundable.
Warranty and Modifications

Non-Transferable Warranty: Our lifetime warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.

Warranty Voidance: Any modifications to the original equipment, including its workings or hardware, will void the warranty, lifetime upgrade option, and release J Wise Inc., DBA: Vapor Honing Technologies, of any liability.
Shipping and Damage Inspection
Vapor Honing Technologies utilizes third-party freight carriers for product delivery. Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon arrival.

Damage Protocol: If you observe damage upon delivery, refuse the shipment and return it to the sender. Notify Vapor Honing Technologies immediately at 828-202-5563. If the driver leaves before the inspection, responsibility for any repair or replacement costs falls on the customer.

Alternate Shipping: Customers may arrange their own shipping and provide a Bill of Lading (BOL) if they wish to use an alternative carrier.
