Blasting gun tips

Blasting gun tips are a consumable in any blasting machine. However, when using wet blasting machines it is safe to say that all consumables last 8- 10 times longer than in any dry blasting machine. With that being said we use Boron Carbide gun inserts that are considered some of the toughest materials used in blasting guns. This provides hours and months of hard use before any wear is noticed with this part. Especially when using materials such as glass bead, ceramic bead, crushed glass, and Armex Blasting soda’s. Other materials like aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, and garnet will erode and wear the blasting tip quicker but its still significantly slower than most other equipment on the market today.
