Claims Process:

• Please contact our support team by filling out the form below
• Warranty and replacement parts are only valid for the original purchaser of the machine
• Please include the invoice number if possible 
• For faster processing, please upload media (photos, videos) of damage
• If necessary, return the defective part for inspection
  • Customer must pay shipping
• Settle shipping invoice for replacement part or parts
• Get back up and running!

  • Our lifetime warranty covers all non-wear parts of your Vapor Honing Technologies wet blast machine, giving you peace of mind that your equipment is built to last.   • Note: A failed high volume pump will result in a replacement. If the impeller fails, not the pump motor, we will not replace the pump. One replacement is allotted under warranty. Replacement pumps may be subject to inspection.
