If you cant pay cash for this VH4000 then go grab financing you need this size cabinet. No matter what part a customer comes to me with I can handle it. I have a surface preparation business blasting any and all parts. Top notch product and people that back it.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Vapor Honing Technologies. I reached out to them in early spring time of 2023 to get information and pricing on blast cabinets. The VH3500 was the machine that fit my needs but I was not quite ready to pull the trigger. They were very generous and extended a promotional price period for a couple months past its expiration date so that it was possible for me to get into the proper machine for my shop. The machine was made to order, and they kept me updated throughout the entire process. The purchase process and communication process has been exceptional from the beginning with Hunter from Vapor Honing Technologies as well as any of the other staff I have spoken to. Any time I call them to make a purchase or have a technical need they have been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend their products, I have close to 100 hours of use in my VH3500 cabinet and the only part I have had to replace was gloves because I accidentally tore one while being careless. I operate a professional dirt bike service and build shop, the VH3500 is by far one of the best purchases I have made for my business for its abilities of not only cleaning aesthetically, but the benefit of functional cleaning for things that may not get seen but are important for a builder to have done perfectly and timely.

I have the weekend warrior with the closed loop system and love it. I like it most for glass bead blasting aluminum parts like motorcycle engines, carburetors etc., even some plastic parts. It makes them look better than new. The companies support team has also been very helpful and nice whenever I have questions or need info on products.

After 4-5 hours run time on my unit, the window leaks and the wiper does absolutely nothing to clear the window. After calling and talking to 3 different people all I get is a run-around and absolutely horrible customer service. They said they would look into it but I would have to pay for any parts they send. What a horse shit way to do business . I regret going with this company and the money I spent on this thing I'm really disappointed.

Vapor Honing Questions

1. What’s the regular maintenance on vapor blasters as a whole?

2. How often do I change media and water?

3. Can I mix in something to stop freezing in the winter if I don’t have the unit in a place with heating?

4. What abrasives can I run in the vapor hone?

5. Does vapor honing take a lot of CFM?

1. Really just changing the water and abrasive that’s it. Consumables will last much longer in the wet systems due to the cushioning effect.

2. If you use it every other day I would change every month. If its occasional use you might go 2-3 months.

3. One of the most frequent questions that I don’t have a good solution for other than draining the machine if you know it will be sitting for more than a week in the cold weather. I personally try to minimize mixing any thing other than water and abrasive because it can create bad finishes if it throws out the PH of the slurry.

4. Any abrasive that you run in a dry blasting cabinet will run in a vapor hone machine.

5. It depends on what you define as a lot any wet cabinet can need 15-45 CFM to operate just depends on what machine model you choose.
