Introducing the VH700

Want a hobbyist machine that is larger than a Micro Hone and doesn’t harm your budget? Then the VH700 is the perfect cabinet for you. Today, we will discuss why the VH700 is an outstanding addition to our lineup, and the perfect addition to your shop.

The VH700 Can Ship In A Table-Top Configuration

The VH700 can be a tabletop unit which means you can place it anywhere in your shop, even on a toolcart! The dimensions of this machine to the outermost edges are 32″ wide (to the latches), 26.5″ deep (to the stack), and around 46″ tall (also to the stack). The internal dimensions are also very large considering this thing ships UPS (more on that later). They are 24″ W, 18″ D, and 20″ H.

Its small stature also makes it easier to see inside the cabinet. To further aid in this endeavor, the VH700 has a front slanted window. This window allows you to see more of your part while blasting. Therefore, you should not miss any spots and will get a great clean.

The small size of this machine also makes it shippable by UPS. This is great, because it is ALOT cheaper to use UPS than a freight company. Not to mention you get the machine shipped to your door, without incurring liftgate fees.

The VH700’s size makes it perfect to place or ship anywhere while also allowing you to comfortably blast most parts.

The VH700 Has Great Features

Another great trait of the VH700 is that it has equally great features. The machine itself is made from HDPE plastic, which is super robust in comparison to similar metal machines, and it makes it more affordable. The VH700 is also equipped with an LED floodlight that makes this machine light up bright!

Another major feature of the VH700 is the full sized slurry pump. Because of the true slurry pump, you are not limited in your abrasive selection, meaning you can process any part. The blast gun itself is also standard size, meaning your processing times will not deviate from the industry standard.

It Can Be Open or Closed Loop

Speaking of great features, the VH700 comes with the option of being an open or closed loop system. When you go to place an order for this machine, we will automatically put it as an open loop system. This is because the open loop system makes the VH700 more compact and also slightly cheaper. The only potential issue with an open loop system is that it requires a fresh water connection. To mitigate this issue, we offer a closed loop variant of the VH700, which recirculates water in your cabinet, meaning it can be placed anywhere! The VH700 is Low Priced

With all these great features, it is surprising that the VH700 is low priced. One contributor to that is the small size. Since it is smaller, it costs less to make, therefore it is priced lower. Since we are also using shared components, this aids too. Last, you also keep the cost low because it is shippable by UPS. The VH700 is low priced because of its small size, quality but not industrial products, and that it is shippable by UPS. The projected pricing for the VH700 is 1600 for open loop and 2600 for closed loop.

What the Machine is Intended For

Now that you know all the great qualities of the VH700, let us talk about what we intended it for. This machine is great for hobbyists because it is small enough to fit anywhere, while still giving you a great quality finish for a significantly lower price than other machines.

We recommend using the VH700 for jewelry, investment casting, and carburetors or engine components. All of these items are the perfect size for one of these machines. Not to mention, unless you are blasting larger parts, there is no need to be blasting with a big industrial machine. The VH700 is intended for hobbyists and because of that, it will easily meet their needs. If you have any questions regarding the size of the VH700, you can reach us at 828-244-8392.
