Our lifetime grantee to our customers covers all non-wear and tear items.

What it does not cover

First, Vapor Honing Technologies does not cover wear and tear.

• Gloves
• Nozzle tip
• Window
• Floor grating
• Wiper blades
• Pump impeller

Over time, we all know that these parts are going to deteriorate and become worn down. The more you use them, the more likely they will wear down faster. The lifetime warranty will cover everything else beside the list above.

Whatever happens to the machine later in the future will be cover by our lifetime warranty.

If you have any problems with your machine, please let us know and we will do our best to assist you.

Process

All equipment except the micro hone will receive a lifetime warranty granted to the original purchaser. Requires proof of purchase at the request of warranty support.

All warranty work needs to be verified by manufacturer prior to sending parts for replacement or work.

At the approval of the warranty, we require customer to pay for shipping on all parts cover under the lifetime warranty program.

It will always be requested that damaged or defective parts be returned to Vapor Honing Technologies after replacements have been sent to customer. It is understood that if damaged or defective parts are not received back to manufacture that the customer will receive a bill for parts being replaced.
