We get a lot of question about “How Durable is the plastic wet blast cabinet?” Our cabinets such as the Weekend Warrior, VH800B, and VH800-FL is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic.

HDPE plastic is a type of plastic that is lightweight, strong, long lasting, weather resistant and impact resistant material that is widely used.

As for our plastic wet blast cabinet, they are built to last and made in the USA. They are also impact resistant. Even if you were to hit it with a hammer, there will be no damage to it besides leaving marks on the surface.

We have seen many cheap imitations of our plastic cabinets and none of them will be like Vapor Honing Technologies plastic cabinets. You can say they wish their cabinets is like ours.

Our plastic cabinet are built tough. From top to bottom, the thickness of our plastic cabinets is ¼” thick. The reason why we used HDPE plastic is because it is lightweight, and it eliminates corrosion problems. Our cabinets are going to be either plastic or stainless steel. We build cabinets with these material because it will eliminate a lot of problems for corrosion.
