VH1000: The solid baseline for what to expect with our Industrial Cabinets. The VH1000 is overbuilt by design and is constructed with high quality stainless steel. This construction guarantees it can handle the commercial work cycle. It also has dual LED light bars to brighten the interior workspace and reduce shadows on the part being blasted. Some more ease-of-use features are the precision regulator, to make fine tuning your pressure easy, and an automatic drain valve to prevent accidentally abrasive loss. There are also lots of options for upgrades from turntables to closed-loop systems. As a starting point for our industrial line-up the VH1000 sets a high standard of what to expect.
VH4000: The VH4000 offers greatly expanded working interior size of 60″W x 48″D x 38″H. Big enough to handle having the two-man station, a highly recommended upgrade for the VH4000. With the extra space it’s much easier to handle blasting large parts, or perhaps many smaller parts. It also features two loading doors for easy access to the parts being blasted. Besides that, there are plenty of additional options for upgrades such as a track and cart system, closed loop system, and stainless-steel turntable. This machine was specifically designed to allow a high quantity of parts to be blasted, regardless of their size.
VH4000HD: The VH4000HD has all the same features as the VH4000 plus several significant additions. First is that our heavy-duty machines come with a custom-built pump specially made in house pump. This large pump ensures the abrasive to water ratio being supplied to your blast gun is the perfect mixture. With this large pump, the VH4000HD also ships as a 3-phase unit, which can save money on operation. The VH4000HD, as well as the other HD variants, all come with heavy duty floor supports to hold your parts. Additionally, all HD machines ship with our two stage filtration basins, an upgrade from the standard filtration basins. This keeps your window and internal rinse water clean!

They are not ideal for a continuous workflow setting, though we have machines in the field that do so every day!
