All Sales Are Final:
All sales made through Vapor Honing Technologies can be considered final. It is at our discretion to accept returns or offer refunds on products.

Order Cancellations and Returns:
In the case that an order cancellation is accepted, it will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. For returns, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. To initiate a cancellation, please contact Vapor Honing Technologies using the provided contact number below prior to the shipment of your product from our warehouse. To initiate a return, please contact Vapor Honing Technologies within 30 days of the product’s arrival at the provided contact number below.

Cancellation Process:
Cancellations will be processed within 30 days. The refund amount will be the total purchase price minus the 10% restocking fee. Cancellations must be made before the product has shipped from our facility.

Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product. The refund amount will be the total purchase price minus the 20% restocking fee. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds must be initiated within 30 days of the product’s arrival.

Return Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

The product must not be modified or altered in any way from its original state.
The product must be in proper working order.
The return request must be made within 30 days of the product’s arrival.
If the returned product does not meet these criteria, Vapor Honing Technologies reserves the right to deny the return or apply additional fees.

Custom machines of any kind are not eligible for a refund.

Engineering design fees are not eligible for a refund.
